Memory pillar for goal-oriented reasoning and discovery: the Hermes targeted reasoning matrices and the Merlin / ArguSeek discovery hand-off, plus Constitutional Prompting rules.

Functional domain: Hermes reasoning, ArguSeek discovery, Constitutional Prompting, and the INVESTIGATE → ANALYZE → EXPLAIN (IAE) loop.

Status: scaffolded / documented. ArguSeek and Hermes are external MCP servers requiring API keys; this pillar defines the grounding and hand-off contract (os/, prompts/ grounding files) for a later phase.
